Little Dragons (Ages 3-4½ )
They're never too young to build self-esteem. Our Little Dragons program has been carefully developed for children, ages 3 and 4, to introduce and reinforce the important life lessons you want them to learn. We start with fun, promote teamwork and friendship and help to create strong individuality and the self-esteem necessary to succeed.

Little Tigers (Ages 4½ -6)
Martial Arts is where Little Tigers grow. Our professional instructors teach children Fitness, Confidence and Discipline while having fun in a safe and secure environment. Working on Motor Skills Development such as balance, coordination and dexterity will prepare children for life challenges.

Kickin' Kids (Ages 7-9)
Parents have enrolled their children in our Kickin' Kids classes because they are so effective in developing self-confidence, leadership skills, safety awareness, and fitness. In addition, research has proven that martial arts training raises kids' grades. Youth (Ages 10-12)
Your child will enjoy this pre-teen martial arts program because it's exciting and fun and you'll love it because we'll support your role as a parent...making your job easier! Students will learn to:

Adults (Ages 13 and up)
Martial arts is more than a physical activity; it's total fitness training of the mind, body and spirit. Look better, feel better and develop stronger confidence and self-control, which leads to better decision-making skills.
Our school's structured curriculum and professional instructors will carefully guide you through a succession of challenges that are healthy, fun and build confidence. Martial arts training is training for success; training for life.
Yoga
LMA now offers yoga classes for beginners and advanced practitioners. These classes are designed to challenge students at all levels. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in mind, body and spirit.

Weapons Seminar
LMA Weapons Seminars are designed for advanced Tae Kwon Do students. The seminars includes the Joong Bong (escrima), nunchakus, Bo Staff (Jang Bong), Kamas, and Sais.

Women's Self Defense Seminars
Lasky Martial Arts offers self-defense workshops for women a few Saturdays during the year. The workshops include a combination of Judo, Hapkido and Tae Kwon Do techniques. Participants will learn basic, easy to apply hand techniques, kicking defenses, choke hold escapes, and much more.
